I am hosting a tournament and the winner of the tournament battles me and my slash valkyrie. I am in boone Iowa and the tournament will be held at the boone public library and you can use either takara tomy or hasbro idc and I want at least 20 people.
I think that number is set kinda high as I'm pretty sure Iowans don't like Beyblades as much as you think
K what about 15

Not how WBO tournaments work. You don't get to be the final boss. Please read the organizers guide, the Burst Standard rules, and indicate what month you're planning to have the tournament. Then get permission from the venue to hold it there. Beyblades may be too noisy for a library.

Well it's a good idea for a school tournament I could say.

Cool! Well, you don't get to advertise school tournaments here. Only official WBO tournaments. If you want to become a WBO organizer, fine, you can start here, but your final boss format is definitely disallowed for WBO events.

Also no one wants to fight you as the final boss, that doesn't make sense, no part of you is final-boss-worthy.

I know what I am doing and it is just a tournament for fun not ranked or anything just for fun
You didn't read the rules posted right at the top of WBO Beyblade Community > North America:

"Tournaments discussed must be intended to become official WBO Organized Play events. Unsanctioned events may not be discussed."
As stated above
