I think you might have the win ratios messed up

Final Thoughts (Click to View)

In the first section, Phoenix P4 did pretty bad against its Same Spin opponents. However, it did do better against its Opposite Spin opponents. If the Revive Armor came off, it could increase its chances of getting an outspin on its opponent. In the second section, Phoenix P4 was pretty bad when used for Attack. While bursting Caynox C3 is possible, it's very difficult because if the Revive Armor comes off (and it did most of the time), Phoenix P4 loses some of its weight, which makes it harder to win in that scenario. You'll probably hear me say this a lot but, overall, just like other Layers I've tested recently, you'd probably be better off using something else. The Revive Armor can be a blessing or a curse depending on the scenario, which can make it risky to use, which is why I wouldn't take that chance. The Layer I'll probably test next is Spiral Treptune T4.
