what is making slash valkyrie burst a lot?
Its Driver. Slash Valkyrie has 2 very strong teeth. Since I don't have it, I am guessing that it is its driver
I think it’s the disc. The disc is much too heavy for the layer making it burst easily.
It's partly due to the Driver, but it's mostly due to the weight of the Disk relative to the weight and size of the Layer.

Half of Slash Valkyrie's weight in its stock combo rests in its Disc, Blitz, which weighs somewhere around 28g. The Layer is only about 22g, and its Driver, Power, is probably around the average for non-gimmicky Drivers, about 6g.

When the Slash Layer Base makes hard contact with another bey, it's going to slow down the entire combo. However, due to Blitz and Power's much higher combined weight ratio to that of the Layer's, the inertia of the Disk and Driver will be greater than the Layer's, which will cause them to continue spinning at their previous speed for slightly longer.

Additionally, Slash is much wider than the Blitz Disk, so it's more likely to make the majority of contact with opposing beys, which increases the effect described above.

Without getting much more technical, suffice it to say it's mainly about the Disk+Driver to Layer weight ratio. Dash Drivers will help reduce bursting, obviously, but using a lighter disk closer to the weight of the Layer should reduce the likelihood of bursting even more.

would 00 be good for sV?
Only if you use a Dash Driver too. Personally, I like Outer for it best, but heavier Disks do make KOs a lot easier.
As well as what Angry Face has stated, I think the reason for it is that while the teeth seem to be really large and bulky, the height of the teeth seem to be the same as regular tall teeth you'd find in any other Valkyrie series. If one of these large teeth clicks, the top flat part of the giant teeth will just slide through to the second one easily sort of like mG I guess (at least on something as aggressive as Slash), so while the two giant teeth seem like they're OP and far better than the three or four tall teeth we're used to, it really is just two large teeth as the top part of each tooth will just slide through the drivers teeth until it hits the next tooth or bursts.
It’s the teeth and Driver. The teeth of Valkyrie makes Dash Drivers better and Drivers with weaker springs worse. It’s weird, but that’s how it works for me
