Is the destroy driver suppost to act in a way when I launch it goes outward then it goes to the center after?
no it is not. it should act kind of like zepher or hunter

You're supposed to launch it at an angle and hard sliding shoot it to achieve an explosive flower pattern early battle. The LAD potential of the dish saves it from some Stamina/Defense hybrids too
