I am in Fort Smith and I'd like there to be a burst tournament there so i can battle other people. If there is an upcoming one hosted in that town, please alert me about it.

You should look for one of the existing topics for your state in the Beyblade Communities forum using the Search feature. You can't expect tournaments to just appear where they never have before or that someone will dig this topic up to notify you...
