Yes it does lol
As a toy commercial, the Burst anime being more realistic (with a bit of fantasy elements too, of course) actually works well in it's favour. At least in my opinion, it does.

For one, a lot of the special moves performed by these beys can be done in real life as they are determined by different launches or each parts functioning, instead of straight out supernatural powers or something like with the OG or MFB seasons. This means that kids who watch the Burst anime could imitate a lot of the special moves that happen in the show. Mind you, not all of them (I mean when is anyone going to achieve a Gold Turbo IRL haha) but a lot of them.

Rush Shoot is just a slide shoot, but with how the anime portrays it as this really awesome special move/technique, I find myself calling a banking/slide shoot a "rush shoot" now. It's just surprisingly effective that something that simple could be made into something that feels more special.

Another reason why I think the more realistic approach works as a toy commercial is because since the anime doesn't use as much supernatural elements, a lot more focus goes into the beys themselves and how special they really are. Like the OG and MFB seasons do advertise the beys and their parts, but a lot more emphasis was put into their bit-beasts or their supernatural powers so the new gimmicks and new parts are mostly just an afterthought, with a few exceptions. With Burst, they not only put a lot more focus on the new gimmicks or parts and how awesome they are, but a lot of the gimmicks or new parts impact what kind of techniques or special moves each bey will have (e.g. Counter Break, God Reboot, Ratchet Through). When you see Storm Spriggan moving from defensive to offensive IRL, I'm sure some people in their heads are thinking "OMG, it's the Counter Break move like in the anime.

Here's my stance on it

I don't think anyone is stupid enough to think they'll be able to ride on a Pegasus if they buy Storm Pegasus kid or not but anyways the whole thing with MFB is that the the realm it took place in really means that possibilities are limitless. Wanna ride on a Dragon while avoiding a meteor and switch modes on your bey to beat the carp out of a super human? That's entirely possible. So I at least wasn't too hung up on performing star blast attack in the anime when so much other stuff is possible, and when anything is possible in the anime you can imagine anything irl as being animated.

I don't think the statement that they focus on the spirits more and the beys are side thoughts is true. Like anytime when someone upgraded their bey they always showed off it's abilities with a fantasy flair. So you could see Galaxy Pegasus going super fast but it also has the edition of big wind gusts tearing stuff up to heighten the impact. Also anytime someone does a new move the ability to make a new special move DIRECTLY correlates with the Beyblade's gimmick so even if it's a giant tornado you have the though in your mind "Oh Dragoon could do that cause he had gear's inside making it faster." Or with Starblast attack "Oh Pegasus has rubber on the bottom so it can go super fast and jump high."
Burst is basically a more weaker version of Beyblade which I guess makes it a slight bit more realistic.

As I've said, there are exceptions where the parts do get more focus and does directly correlate with the bey's special moves and both the ones you've listed happens to be one of them. Hell, I could list others from MFB like "Big Bang Tornado" or "Flame Claw" that does incorporate the gimmicks of the beys into their special moves.

However, there are some that just straight up don't match with the parts gimmick at all and/or are impossible to explain away outside of being supernatural powers only. There are special moves like "Hell/Hades Gate" from Hell/Hades Kerbecs in MFB has nothing to do with the parts at all (unless you want to count Damian using Boost Mode as that, but that's just silly) and it's not something you could explain away, besides the bey using supernatural powers.

Funny story, when I was 7 and got my blades Kerbecs I would always go to my backyard and try to do a special move with it. A lot of us want to believe that we live in a fantasy world as kids, and TT takes advantage of that by appealing to the child’s mind. If you look at the old L-Drago destructor ad we see the icon of L-Drago countless times and this makes us as kids more likely to buy it seeing as we want to believe that it’s our fantasies are real.

I like burst better than calling it, "Weaker version of Beyblade". Burst is good but I think I like MFB more

1. Better plot
2. Has cool Beyblades
3. Is fun
4. More interesting
5. Special Moves

I have many other reasons as well but I think I'll stop cuz I don't wanna start a Burst vrs MFB war. If that happens, EarthHelios will also get OG in the war

In my opinion, there are none that are better than others. The OG, MFB and Burst series all have their strong points and weak points.

With it's over the top nature that's clearly not to be taken seriously as a thing you can do.

If you see a part on the bey move or be showcased it's like "Woah the Beyblade moved a part I can do that if I have it!"

yea none is bad cause it got major fan base for example calling burst a weaker version of mfb is not right.  burst is not mfb why compare when their not the same . If I say mfb is a copy of OG just a bit more crazy mfb fans will not like it . each generation has the up and downs each also got a different audience not every generation is going to be in the liking of everyone.

Yeah, I know. That's why I used "Hell/Hades Gate" as an example of a move that doesn't incorporate any of it's parts for it's move and is purely supernatural.

Then how is it a problem? You portrayed it as a downside.

Except I didn't. I was responding to when you said that a lot of special moves from MFB incorporated the gimmicks of the beys, and I was simply giving an example of a special move from MFB that doesn't incorporate any parts or gimmicks. I didn't say that it was a problem, I was pointing out certain special moves that you can't explain unless you use the explanation of supernatural powers.

You said "Also anytime someone does a new move the ability to make a new special move DIRECTLY correlates with the Beyblade's gimmick so even if it's a giant tornado you have the though in your mind "Oh Dragoon could do that cause he had gear's inside making it faster." Or with Starblast attack "Oh Pegasus has rubber on the bottom so it can go super fast and jump high." so I was throwing in a special move ("Hades Gate") that would be hard to explain away with their bey's gimmick alone.

Correlation doesn't mean it's the gimmick alone, it's just relating to the gimmick. You can look at the flames on flame claw and say they're reproduceable, but it has stuff to do with the spin track. Hades Gate is just a representation of hades' overall strength. We've seen it with it's tip that swaps between modes and it's absolute defense.

If "Hades Gate" is really just a metaphorical representation to Hades Kerbecs' overall power, then fair enough since a lot of the constellation spirits that come out of the beys from MFB aren't actually real, but are just metaphorical representations of the beys themselves (unless you count Gingka riding on Pegasis, but that was a bit of a cop out TBH).

They definitely seem real to me, the feats and occurrences of beys in beyblade are absurd as is. There’s really no reason for them not to be.
My thoughts:
Gingka riding Pegasus was just really to show that GIngka's bond with Pegasus progressed to the point where they were so in sync it was like Gingka was riding Pegasus. Of course Beyblades still do have being inside of them, but the being themselves have never really came out. Instead the blader spirit just makes visions of what they look like.

I the original series people could see the avatars of others so I don’t think that’s the case. To me the bey assumes the image of whatever the blader believes it to look like but they are only semi physical forms projected by the actually physical body (the beys) hence why they have limited interaction with their surroundings.

Uh then how do you explain nemesis literally destroying the world and new dimensions being created? It is clear that they intended for the avatars be real and actually come out.
soooo i was tired of my beys getting stuck on the slingshock rails so i took some play-dough and covered them up......

I'm not even sure TBH. There have been instances where the spirits/avatars seem like they are real and actually roaming around the world. Like for example, we've see Lightning L-Drago's spirit come out and attack other bladers like Gingka, but one could write that off as the bey's power doing it. There's also ones that "interact" with bladers like when Pegasis rescues Gingka from falling or Hades Gate sending bladers into the underworld, but again they're all debatable. The only one that seems truly real is Nemesis, since he is actually talking to the Legendary Bladers when they fight but I think he's meant to be an actual god of the series than be an avatar for a bey since Diablo Nemesis' actual avatar is either a copy of Legendary Bladers' spirits or that dragon-looking fusion, though I could be wrong.

I think the powers of the beys are real in the anime, not sure about the spirits/avatars. I remember a user who used to be the top moderator of the forum and was also very knowledgable about the OG and MFB anime, she has said that the spirits in MFB are just metaphorical representations of the beys themselves. Basically, they aren't like the bit-beasts from the original series where they were very much real and living inside your Bit-Chip, they just represent how the battle would play out if they were as avatars instead of just beys.

Seeing as mfb beys have supernatural powers and feats I don’t think that’s the case, seems more like feel good/logical explanation Mumbo jumbo. Yes there are some inconsistencies but those are more or less plot holes explainable by the fact that this is a kids show, the writers don’t care THAT much. I think that the avatars are semi physical projections created by the true physical bodies (the beys). It would explain why they can’t interact with the physical environment as much as the actual beys. It would also explain why beys like L-Drago Pegasis and Nemesis CAN surpass that limitation and interact with the actual environment seeing as they are more powerful than other beys.

One big piece of evidence that supports this is the fact that  people can see the avatars within beys owned by other people who own them both in MFB and the Plastic gen. If it really was a metaphorical/imaginative representation of a bey then that wouldn’t be possible. Some great moments that show case this are Hikaru vs Ryuga and Kyoya vs Ryuga because they are clearly petrified in fear of the draconic of presence rushing towards them.
