They really just denied Lui and Longinus access to popularity. I guess it shouldn't be too surprising, possibly due to his questionable time in Cho-Z, his absence in GT, and his meh performance in Sparking.

Good, although I love Lui I think we have gotten enough Longinus beys. The issue is that left spin beys don’t take up much for he roster meaning that most left spins release din a season are evolutions. Hopefully this season can change that with Fabnir being the only returning left spin currently known of atm.

if valkyrie (the winner) , spriggan (let's be honest it's basically valkyrie's brother lol) , fafnir , achilles the only ones returning with Phoenix and xcalibur it's fine theirs a balance .

Ok, new season Valkyrie I can kinda tolerate, because c'mon, look at my pfp. Better be a good Valkyrie since season 6 may be the end (I swear you never know). Still, it would have been nicer to have something else but I guess people were like '9th/8th evolution of Valkyrie, let's go!!!'

Anyways in a world where they weren't hell bent on nostalgia baiting us with the same old parts and cramming evolutions in our face with like 4 new beys, here's who I would want back next season. Valktryek, Spryzen, Fafnir, Luinor, Phoenix. Then was can get 8 new beys. Not counting evo's we get about 5 new beyblades. It might seem small on paper but 5 entire months dedicated to new original releases with 3 over months dedicated to evolutions for those original beys in honestly amazing, especially compared to the sadness we have concerning original beys in Surge. Also Phoenix seems generic enough to belong to a new character. Maybe also give a Shu's apprentice a Spryzen? Then we have 3 returning characters, leaving space for plenty of new ones.

haha yea its defently rigged lol ,I agree on th picks of 5 returning beys although i personally would put achiless instead of Phoenix nothing against Phoenix. now as for giving shu's apprentice a spriggan i honestly don't think the should that cause of the what happen to lodin, fumiya, xhan, Kyle treatment . just give the apprentice a new bey how about something like susanoo that sounds cool now about the retumomg like you said just put 3 and give them the super mentor treatment just come in have 5 great fights and let the rest of the characters have fun. we can have longinus, fafnir just upgradre without giving new bladers just give them they Lord treatment for the anime (while have a special chapter manga with free and lui just have a great 1 great match and we good).

I’ve been hearing all this talk about Shu turning evil again. I personally thought it sounded pretty dumb at first and although I don’t think it will actually happen, I did do some thinking and I realized that it could actually be a pretty amazing concept if explained and utilized the right way as they could portray it in such a way that it doesn’t ruin Shu’s development. So as we know Shu seemingly let go of the Red eye persona for good after Valt beat him right? But what if the persona of Red eye never actually left, but was rather repressed and pushed back deep into Shu’s unconscious mind after it was overpowered by his friendship with Valt. Although no longer an active part of his life, this persona is nonetheless still a bad memory lingering close by prompting Shu to start helping bladers with evil traits similar to the ones exhibited by him. Later, in Sparking Shu takes Lane in intending to help guide the boy on the right path but Shu simply can’t get through to Lane. Shu’s worst fears have come true and this failure continues to plague him throughout sparking until he can no longer handle the stress and fear within himself ultimately causing Shu to suffer a huge mental breakdown letting out all his repressed negative emotions and feelings in one big blowout effectively providing a vessel for the hidden Red eye persona to finally re-emerge. Shu has once again transformed into the very thing he loathes so much. Valt and Rantaro have eventually come to the realization that they never truly destroyed the Red eye personality and are left truly stunned now knowing that it’s up to Hyuga and Hikaru to defeat Lane and Shu. At the end of the day, Hyuga and Hikaru do end up defeating Lane and Shu causing Lane to smile and redeem himself by vowing to abandon his evil flare. Very good idea as per usual Zeutron: if only the writers were smart or had enough time to pull this off. It'll probably be some rushed explanation if they don't take like, a full episode to explain it.

That..is actually a very, very good idea that would be pretty amazing if executed correctly. In fact, I've been headcanoning a similar idea for a week by now, but this one seems more convincing.

that's a very good idea never thought it that way if the writer's are smart it will work without destroying his character growth, you can't destroyed something that even the character didn't realize was still their that's smart .

As usual you have come up with a great idea. The only reason i personally do not think it will work now is due to the lack of time.Â
If they do attempt it now it would be rushed and honestly not a good narrative choice. For such an idea to happen it needs to start showing much earlier onwards. Like for example if instead of the legend festival we saw shu and Leans dynamic being followed throughout episodes 20 to 30 as well as hyugas and hikarus narrative it would have made sense.Â
All in all i would like to say that its a good idea but now its a little too late to implement
