Again, read the thread correctly.

Blader DJ says he will announce the prizes when the 100th member registers. Then a random person who has posted 25 times will win the beyblades.

Yeah, the 100th member doesn't win. That would be silly. Nobody would join, which would defeat the purpose considering it is to promote people joining!
