By the way, (I might be wrong so don't quote me on this) as long as you are not selling any 3D printed beys or making money from it, as long as the original files were not created by takara or hasbro I do think you are in the clear. (Yes, it is their intellectual property, so you do need to be careful) I'm also making some 3D printed beys from scratch myself, but they're just for personal use, I am not selling them or sharing the stl files with anyone (I just don't want to get sued lol).
The beys are customs and reimagined, there's no money being made by us, I checked we are in the good

The base blue launcher works with gV
They don't fit on any of my launchers, I got gZ, gK, dF (Left spinning so doesn't count), sX and M2, and with my Hasbro launchers I can only use M2 and sX but most of the times doesn't even fall off the launchers.

Certain layers (like my aC) don't like the fact that the metal rivet in the center is there, and also tend to stick.

No. The picture that Valt holding dE is just use Valts' face expression to show how amazing this beyblade is. Actually Valt have been holding a lot of other beys in different COROCORO issues.
