I miss japan-toys Crying
This wasnt meant to be a bash theintoy when you get the chance guys. They have gone out their way unlike toywiz and ideal808 who havent so much as tried to get any new gear in.
Theintoy do have good service, that's an undeniable fact, but if it's true that they have to charge these prices because it's their only way of making a profit, they really need to find a new way of getting stock...
Cause their pricing genuinely is ridiculous, and the only reason I pay them is through fear of import tax :\
Their prices aren't great but the stuff comes in like three days if you live in the UK which I think is worth it compared to buying MFB on Ebay and waiting a month to get my stuff. Also i'm really glad they're getting new stock, i've wanted an MFB grip for ages as well as metal faces.
I like the fact they have top class customer service and postage ( I realize you know the owner personally btw) but there prices have been getting High and that is undiBle
Thats fine, I just dont like the fact that when i post about theINtoy people always use it at a chance to take digs. It's now just getting beyond people expressing their opinion.

They've got a monopoly really, they're the only UK sellers of MFB, and they get a lot of their custom based on reliability. They're a good service, they just really need to find a way of getting blades at a better rate, so they can sell at a more competitive price.
It is why a lot of people are turning to services like MOJ..
They do not have any sort of monopoly; people are just too lazy to look elsewhere.
Being the only UK sellers of MFB isn't a monopoly?

Loads of sellers ship worldwide. So no, it isn't a monopoly.

I'd agree with that.

They are however the only seller in the UK; this position probably allows Theintoy to sell them at these prices.

Espio, regarding Theintoy: I really like the delivery rates and customer service; every time I made an inquiry about a certain product I'd always get a quick and informative reply. They give the impression that they are knowledgeble yet accessible - they're obviously a bunch of really nice people who are just going about their business. Their only downfall however, is their understandably high prices.
Face it people, being international and buying stuff from the UK will always be more expensive. I don't see why people are so surprised by the intoy's prices.

Consider this, they ship the goods from Japan, now since this product is in high demand prices will be high. Now to sell it to consumers it's not uncommon for most places to double the price (at the least) they paid to get their stock. This is required to cover their costs and to make a decent profit. Now consider these are in pounds, convert to U.S. dollar and throw in international shipping and you are at the current prices.

If the intoy is too expensive use some of the other sites and stop complaining about them. People are buying, why on earth would they be dumb enough to reduce their prices.
^^^^^
This this this this THIS.

If a business CAN get a price they are asking, if people continue to buy, they will NOT lower the price.
It's just good business.
Awww...looks like Japan-Toys is out of stock x_x;;

They have been for ages.
im getting new beys 1st getting old school metal blades from ebay (gaia dragoon, driger&draciel)
then getting storm pegasis from the in toy for £20.00 (including launcher, ripcord & beypointer
... Think you mean Pegasus, not Storm Pegaus, they're completely different beys! Don't know how many times this has to be said before it starts sinking in.
i always check Craigslist.com once a week they don't have beyblades often but alot of the times people don't know what they are selling Example: right now in north richland hills someone is selling 30 launchers and ripcords, plus 30 beyblades for $55 (they are all plastic)
just wanted to let everyone know...

toywiz has the hybrid blades along with some other random boosters and escolpio (scorpio) and capricorn now Grin
I'm planning on getting Flame Sagittario and Light Launcher orange from Toywiz in a few weeks or Storm Pegasus.
Very helpful to give links to stores that sell blades. Definitly appreciated.
Wow, I expected Toywiz to take much longer to get these releases. Toywiz still has pretty bad prices though but at least it's not as bad as theintoy.
haha i guess your right Tongue_out and yea i just happened to check today and i saw them and i was totally surprised XD
