Archer is the best, but it does lose sometimes.

I would say Archer Hercules stock combo is the best.
Hasbro's Balkesh B3 is really good.
It's really a toss-up between Archer Hercules and Revive Phoenix. Archer Hercules has the 13 disk holding it down, Revive Phoenix is held back slightly by Friction and usually loses any battles where it loses its armor unless it's in the last seconds of the match. Really depends on your rP mold on which is truly better.
Cho-Z Valkyrie Zenith Evolution is a beast with a fresh Ev. When the middle spikes are gone, it's really hard to control. Apparently the fully worn down version is a lot like Xtreme...

Maybe Cho-Z Valkyrie or Archer Hercules.
