I get what your saying but from what research I’ve done, I’ve not really seen that as a big problem. I could be 1000% wrong though. But many custom Beyblades, like Zankeys, only lasted a day before it was as burstable as roctavor, and it didn’t have any metal teeth. And also I think it’s easier to buy a new driver than 3D print a whole new layer. That’s just my opinion though.

Zankye's 3D printed Bey had the earlier teeth models, which dissolved after a few bursts. The new versions don't break nearly as easily. Also, k1mbo has used shallow metal teeth to not break his Drivers.

Yea I thik K1mbo got the best of both worlds. I’m designing a Beyblade and I want to try and do something like he did, so hopefully the driver and bey will last.

At the same time though, I’d rather sacrifice a Preformance tip than an expensive 3D printed layer.

In your opinion though, do you think it’s better to have metal teeth? I’ve got a pretty thourough Beyblade I want to print and want as much feed back as possible to make it last and be amazing! Smile

If it's an attack type, I'd suggest plastic teeth so that the lower friction of the metal doesn't make it self-burst.

Also, hello Burst3DPrinter, I have a few things I want to say:
1) I wish you good luck at the business expo as from what you are saying, you're probably going to "fight" a uphill battle. I could see the possibility of some of the volunteers playing with beyblades when they are kids and still don't know about the WBO or its community, but you never know. Even if they don't know about the community, some of them might know that beyblade is (still) a thing and see the idea of your service. The program I am in is in Cambridge Massachusetts. The schedule is from 4:30 - 7:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The 10% off is only for the people on the list in my main post, because I had initially intended to allow them to get their product for free but my funding is running tight and the business expo is as you said, an uphill battle because almost none of the volunteers I have done a pitch to in the past knew what it was so I had to resort to talking in a round-about way. In the future I hope to expand from not just beyblade but to other games such as Magic The Gathering, or making my own games.
So, you want to eventually be able to add stuff to existing tabletop games and/or make original tabletop games? Sounds like a pretty cool dream to me. I think my dream is like yours but probably somewhat more bigger. In short, I eventually just want to make different kinds of fun stuff, from a skateboard that looks like a hoverboard from sonic riders to a universal gamepad viewer program that works with dongle that connects to a controller and works with a program. I'm also thinking of making video games, one in particular that is text-based RPG I working on for a capstone project that I might try to upgrade to share with the world.

Getting back on topic, two questions:
-1) Are there any requirements to join the program?
-2) Have you ever thought about starting a patreon?

Also, thinking about using metal teeth, for starters, gave me a idea of making almost fully metal drivers, and after seeing CitrusNinja3's post about how using metal teeth on attack types make them self-burst more easily, I think that might be a decent trade-off for metal teeth.

Also, Burst3DPrinter, I don't know you've seen the pm I sent to you about a database project I'm doing, but the project is getting close to the point where actual data is going to be entered into the database, so I want to know if I could make a post here asking everyone to fill out a form to collect data to put in my database. Also I made a template of a access database based off of your service, so if you want/need a database, let me know.
Would it be possible to 3D Print a BeyLogger clip? Would normal 3D printing material work for that? Is it too small?

responde to 2: I when through the process of making a patreon and it's pretty simple, you can just follow the on-screen propmts. You might want to find/hire a artist who can draw you a profile image and a banner for your patreon page as those and a description of you service are required as you'll need to have those finished before your patreon can be public as it needed to be submitted to be reviewed first. Also you can't make changes to your page if it being reveiwed and you'll have to  re-submit it if edit it.
So does anyone want to guess how long before 3D models of gachi chips, layer weights, and layer bases starts popping up. As for me, I'm thinking maybe between mid-May and late-August since the person in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GK1UNZGlzaE made the layer base with the two locks that are found on a official layer base, so (in my mind) 3D printing a layer base is gonna be like 3D printing a driver as there still are components that needs to come from a official part for it to work. 3D printing a gachi chip is probably gonna be simple unless you want to change the teeth to be something along the lines of Valkyrie or Ashura. The layer weight is probaby gonna be the hardest depending on the design but what is interesting to me is (I don't know if some or all of you have already noticed) that with ten, the two of four weights on either sides are not connected to each other, but with restu, on the side with the two weights, the two weights are connected, which I again, found interesting.

Edit: After watching the video again, I realized that the custom layer in the video might actually be 3D printed, I could be wrong though.

I think it may be either some time this month since I’m this guy’s video from today (idk what his name is in English) where he showed files for a GT base and chip, either that or some time within the next 3 months, but reguardless, I’ve already designed some parts to make my own GT bey once the files are available!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Regarding gimmicks, I wont be bale to do burst stoppers, levelup chips, or Requiem/Legend Spriggan's dual spin feature.

I can't make layers that allow levelup chips because I have not been able to find Cho Z base layer files that are compatible with it. That is not to say I can't do any levelup chips, it just means you would get the levelup chip by itself without a layer that is compatible with it.

I can't do the burst stoppers because there are no files for it and because I don't know how to get it to function with the base models I use for TinkerCAD.

I can't do Spriggan's dual spin for a similar reason that I can't do the levelup chips. That is not to say I can't do any dual spin, it just means it would work like Left Artemis and Right Apollos does. I also plan on doing frames and disks compatible with frames but I am still working that out.

TL DR: I can't do these gimmicks because of the lack of files on the internet needed.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (1/3): Regarding Pricing, these are subject to change. Due to the amount of resources I have right now, only the top 3 will be able to be for free as I only have enough material to spare for those to be for free. If you are wondering why that is, I thought that I would be getting funding soon but there is a possibility that I will have nothing as prior to now, I was guaranteed some amount of money.

how am i supposed to know when a spot is open cause i can't check everyday cause i have school and im only 13 and i really want my own ive thought of the name which will be Galaxy Hydra and design but i haven't seen a spot that was open yet and ive been waiting since last year so if you can tell me when a spot is open i would greatly appreciate it
