Yeah, they're both from the anime Chuunibyou. I'm actually hoping that they're going to make a third season. They released a movie this year but I have only gotten halfway through. The girl as you now know is RikkaTakanashi. The boy is Yuuta Togashi. Look at my character bio to see more info.
