Hi how can I use the Axe shoot that Red Eye used when he fought Valt, Diana, and Cooza? People say that Rush shoot for Valkryie is Counter Break and Flash Launch is Upper Shoot. So how can I use Axe shoot?

There is no technique for the "Axe Shoot". It's nothing but a normal attack with Legend Spriggan in Left Spin.
