I am just wondering since nobody has decided

Overall, nothing.

Though testing shows it can be a passable Defense Layer, it's like Beast Behemoth back in the day, okay at Defense, but outclassed by current metagame mainstays

Was it tested for stationary? I feel like it could do decent like that.

Defense set-ups are identical to Stationary Attack, so in a sense that's already been tested. So no for Stationary Attack, just not enough recoil

Maybe if it was realesed in the God series it could potentially peform as a defense type.

No, Balance Type parts need to do at least two of the three types well. Vise Leopard only does Defense, and even then, only passably.

Technically, it could work as a Bey to test your other combos' burst attack, just like Blaze Ragnaruk was in God Layer.

Not true. Vise leopard has many uses.
For example: a paper weight, pretend person eating a sandwich, terrible beyblade.

Vise Leopard 7 Atomic: 1 minute and 32 seconds

Idk if that is passable for stamina but it seems to perform well in defense and stamina for a balance type

Spin duration doesn't really mean much for it's stamina, it's more of which of the two layers are going to win in stamina matches in actual battles.

vL on orbit works best for me atomic is okay. Thing is it's small so it destabilizes and gets pushed out of the center easily.

WBO Wombat has a useful combo for vL on his YT channel. It works as intended. It has use, just narrow.

I'm surprised that you yourself did quite a lot of testing for it, and after proving it worthless still ask this.
