Hi Duo, it's great that you want to have a tournament in your area! But I see you already have a thread over here and that The Supreme One already pointed out the thread for Jacksonville, so I'm going to go ahead and close this thread.
I suggest sending PMs to those who have reached out to you for further discussion about tournaments in your area (if they're not responding in the thread at least). Even if there is no available organizer right now, maybe there will be others interested and someone could become a new organizer to the area.
This is all a volunteer effort, so I find it better to be in the position of "How can I help make this happen?" as opposed to "Someone else please make this happen." Just a piece of advice to help you get better results, because running a tournament takes time and effort.
