I think bL is better due to wv reliably losing to drain. bL ripped hS in half, and aH would have lost if Eternal didn’t have insane LAD
My Combo: wV/bL 0 Bump Jolt. But wV is for some reason perceived to be better.

Wv is better in 90 percent of the cases ,and people say bl is useless in right spin,I don’t have bl but do have wv and it is awesome
Both lose to beys that they should NOT be losing to.

Wv does not
wV loses to drain, bL does not.
bL destroys about every other left spin; wV does better against right and decent against left
