Since the release of Burst prices for Plastic Gen beys seem a lot more unstable, so I can just offer an educated guess:
Bearing Stinger is still part of the 4-layer series, although it appears quite frequently. Years ago I've got a mint PF Bearing Stinger for ₤30, and it was a reasonable price. It's not a main series release, I think Hero doesn't own this bey in the anime at all, so IF someone will get in then it will be for collection or maybe for its tip. I would say:
good condition: $25-30
mint condition: $35
new in box: $50+
It's probably the least common Phantom Force Beyblade from what I've seen.
