We'd also like to know this. If it's already rained/raining, it doesn't matter if it stops in time for the tournament, the ground will still be wet.
It rained all night, so the ground isn’t going to be dry, even if it has stopped now and doesn’t rain anymore. No pavilion or anything to use?

From what I've heard, Wombat intends for the event to keep going and is bringing a tarp to use, so it should be fine.
