Mine is Obelisk Odin/Omni Odax because of it's design and versatility
D2 is really cool aesthetically and had an amazing Layer which is what made the infamous kD pretty disappointing .
I also love L2 though I prefer nL.
Lost Longinus or gigant gaia
Between the Obelisk Odin (Blue) or the Lost Longinus. Just imagine how op Obelisk would be if it had V2 teeth.
Lost Longinus and Xeno Xcalibur.
Esthetically im all about Arc Bahamut with god chip installed!

dual layers not god beys
For the dual layers, Acid Anubis was my favorite by far. It was juuuust on the cusp of being good too, but was just outdone by a few too many things. Made for a good unexpected choice at least.
If you had said basic layers, I would've gone with Chaos. Just something about it is aesthetically pleasing, and its Stamina was the best for ages even if it was really risky and easy to burst.

Acid Anubis is definitly in my top 5
Gigant Gaia/Gaianon G2 for me. That Swing Counter in the anime got me hyped and ever since then, I've always been a fan of G2!
looks wise, Surtur S2 and P2.
Usability wise, J2 It is currently part of my stamina combo and has good burst defense on atomic.
Probably Beast Behemoth because Hold but I still really like the design
