A few days ago I released a Video on my YouTube Channel. Suddenly, one day later, some guy critized me terribly, told me I had no experience of layers and parts.
For example: beat Kukulcan shall not be used as defense type, but as attack, that's what he said. But what about the layer's shape. It's heavy and smooth enough to deflect attacks. Also it's very Hard to burst, even when you use a metal god Chip.
Anyway, I would be interested in knowing about your point of view. Do you agree with me that Beat Kukulcan is inofficially a Defensive Layer?
Beat kukulcan is normally better at attack, but it doesn't have to be a defense type. it has some ok defense if you think about it, given the round shape.
bK is one of the best defensive layers
in its day
it’s heavy and round with only light contact points
tbh it's more of a balance type if you use the right parts like atomic when you launch it hard enough. it has that nice tornado motion for avoiding hits and it can juggle the three main types around quite well. plus, when it's in the center, it has grip attack and good defense so you can win by either way.

i guess for it’s anything you want it to be.
but in the WBO tournaments i’ve seen, it’s played in defensive combos.
and btw, bK on At is a defensive combo.

Yeah good point of view. Well, I dont even think that it's a bad attack layer. Actually i do love using attack drivers on it, but I Got the feeling that I didnt use bK's full potential. I think I will try the 10 disk soon, when I have it. I've heard it's a good choice for it

I don't know from experience, but I think it's good at both.
Beat Kukulkan is perhaps one of the most defensive layers in God Layer system although theoretically it is attack type.
I perfer to use it in defense combos, such as bK.0B/G/C.Yr/At/O, and one of my friend use bK.1H.Pl/G, all these combos works well.
And I think it is better to use the part as you like, and the criticism or suggestion from other people are just some reference material and you don't need to follow them.
