Mannn, This one's difficult. When aH is turning out to be good Balance layer, the revive gimmick of rP is also affective.
gimmick of rP may cause defeat to it's own, But it comes with 10 which is heavier than 7. At the same time aH has ET which got high precision, But rP has a special Z pheonix winder that is longest in this gen. Now it's up to you, rP is likely to cost $10 more than aH

According to a video I watched, the answer is Archer Hercules.
Revive Phoenix can win, but the only way that seemed to be possible was if Archer Hercules took off the armour instead of bursting Phoenix.

Well , I Like Revive Phoenix more ( But Archer Hercules is not bad either ) RP with Armour ON has better attack , RP with Armour OFF has better stamina

Well i am 50/50 sure of what i have said ( but it is confirmed that RP with Armour OFF has better stamina )

You should go with Revive Phoenix. 10 is supposed to have great stamina and Friction should be like Atomic. Revive Phoenix is overall a better choice

To give my two cents on your question, I think aH has a strong stamina layer and the driver I've heard mixed opinions on. rP has an interesting, but unsure if useful layer, 10 is apparently pretty good and while I'm unsure of Friction, it probably will only be decent for same spin stamina matches.
