A poster is not required. Only a title, date, time and location that is easily accessible to local bladers

Unfortunately, no. You will have to pay every time you go unless you get a blader's Passport. You have to pay a certain amount and that passport will give you free access to tournaments for a year...

I will answer your queries.
The location is still the same. If there is a change you will be notified.
This tournament is unranked and thus is free for all to enter.However if tournament participants are more than 8 then it will be ranked and thus will get you a charge of 350 rs cash or via wbo passport.
Currently there are no prizes except the overall champion will get 1 credit and a club bit.
