Those 2 would be considered unimportant Beyblades, they aren’t in the anime. So they can stretch rules. Actual anime beys have those rules applied.

Nice idea, but one question, Why Variety Luminous for Lucifer?

Variety and Variant have similar meanings. And Luminous because it has to do with light, and I believe they call Lucifer the black sun.
