Like the others above said, it’s essentially the WBBA logo in-universe. It is a way to signify one is a Blader, or likes Beyblade.

Wasn't the WBBA logo in the original series a triangle that's the other way? (So not exactly the same, but still a triangle.) But either way, I'd say it's just a standard Beyblade symbol. Like how in Pokémon games today, there's Poké Balls as part of the design on their clothing.
If it was never said anywhere, we don't know. Any name would have to be a fan name.
So like EpicTurtwig said, we could call it the "Beyblade Logo" or even just "Beyblade symbol" or "Beyblade triangle" or "Bey triangle" or whatever.
