Hmm, thats gotta suck. Summer is supposed to be a time of freedom not busyness lol.
So now the list of people attending are:
Beybattler
BDaichi
Ginga_hagane109
Bey-Heart
Flame
Tsubasa Otori

And for the possible is:
Kai95
And Maybe Stormpegasus
(He might be training for the tourney....Or just can't get on until Summer)
So right now we only need 2 Attendees
Umm, dude it says on stormpegasus's profile that he quite
Hey everybody apparently my friend beybattler, (I met him on another forum and he lives nearby me) can no longer host this tournament because he is alot busier this summer than he thought he would be. So through the PM system he has offered me the chance to host this tournament, and so of course I said yes. But don't worry I will try my best to make sure that this tournament goes by smoothly. So from the posts I have seen currently we have 5 people attending (including me) so let's try to get 3 more people so that this tournament will get approved.

Hey Bey-Heart can I still be the Assistant Host? And thats really sad that beybattler can't attend I was looking forward to meeting him,And also does this mean we will still have it at Otakon?

I was talking to beybattler on a different forum (a bakugan forum through PM) and he said that there was no scheduled place, time, or date. But I will see what I can do about it being at Otakon because it would have to be approved by Otakon, but they will probably say no so it will probably be at a park.
Yea if you read the first post,It says Park near Otakon, and what was the bakugan forum called?

I already asked beybattler about it being at otakon and he said no. btw he will still advertise for the tournament. and the bakugan forum was my.bakugan.com. but anyway he said at a park in a low traffic area, well thats what he told me.
But its the best place for the members,Unless you have a better suggestion?
Hey! I was looking in Google Earth and I find a good place

http://maps.google.com.mx/maps?f=q&sourc...9&t=h&z=17

It´s a park or a explanate name General Sam Smith Park, What do you think?
I think that was the park that toonpenguin meant, and I might go to Otakon so that park would be really great,It also has restaurants around so anybody can eat whenever their hungry,I'll check the traffic level for that place.
The traffic??? I think that it´s very hard or heavy there. Look it by Google StreetView!
Yea but Most of us don't drive so traffic doesn't really matter I guess.
That park is very close to Camden Yards. (the Baltimore Oriels Baseball field) Which means there is alot of traffic there, especially in the summer since summer is in Baseball season, also that is a very bad place to have a tournament because it's a bad part of town because of gang's etc. I'm gonna see what beybattler suggests because on the Bakugan forum he told me to try to have it in a small town and so I asked him what town and he said that Elkton would be pretty good, not much traffic and there are no gang's. And when I asked him where in Elkton we could have it he told me that in the Library as long as we have permission there are some back rooms that they would let us have it in. And also the park would also be pretty good. but I'm gonna see if he has any other idea's for a location

Also having it at Otakon would be a bad idea because from what beybattler and the Otakon website said it costs about $60 just to get into that place plus they would most likely reject our tournament anyway. And traffic will affect the tournament because it will affect the time that we all show up
60 dollars it isnt so much!

Actually $60 is alot of money, especially when your 13 and you don't have a job and your parents expect you to pay for stuff on your own.
well Im 14, isn´t so much difference and 60 dollars are like 750 mexican pesos, let´s do a cooperation with 5 or 10 dollares
The library is good but Can't we have it at a library somewhere closer?

EDIT: How about the Amelia Givin Library?
...I really should be running this... XD
But ok
Otakon is 65 if you pre resister (By like july 7 I think)
At door price is 75

Right next to the convention is a huge food court on the harbor (FREE, separate from the kon itself)
There is a bridge from the kon to this food court building.
Right out side this building people gather and take pictures and what not also there is a huge water fountain.
We can host the tournament right there. Right by this water fountain.
Ok? XD

The water fountain thing is called "General Sam's Park"

Google map that ( BBC location)

Zoom in twice. The little water thing is the fountain.

The food court has "hooters" and "J paul salon " over it

Sorry if I typed this very confusingly . I can re type and explain it easier if you like.
Good idea! What do you say bey-heart?
Please choice the place and date, as soon as possible
Ok, Im trying to.But bey-heart has been inactive for sometime.Unhappy
Ok everybody I'm sorry that I haven't been online this weekend I was away from home in North Carolina, and when I got home I found out that my computer crashed while I was away. But to make the tournament more simple and cheaper for others who plan on attending it will probably be at a library or a park.
Bey-Hearth please choose as soon as possible the date and place. Some UPBP members will try to go.
Yes bey-heart can you please make your mind up sooner?
This is a summer tournament and currently it's only spring so can't give you an exact date yet, but it will probably be the end of june or the beginning of july
Well we need to know early so that we can begin advertising important info so that we can get more people to come!
