Do the meteo metal wheel and the ldrago destroy metal wheel fit together and spin to the left perfectly, or do I have to modify some parts?

No they do not. The Meteo wheel can only fit with L-Drago 2 energy ring, and the Destroy energy ring can only fit with the L-Drago 3 wheel.
You need to cut off something on the Meteo wheel if you want to assemble Meteo with L-Drago Destroy.
