I saw this on amazon. Does it weigh more than usual? And that is supposed to help with balence and launching?

Weighs more. And yes , it helps in balancing your launch since the grips are usually too light for some hands.
Cool, well the more acessories the better (not to much tho)
Badly need these weights, glad they released one in black cause the orange one looks ugly on my red and black grip. (And i'm sure on most people's grips too.)
