I guess kids are getting smarter though... They have had good sale on wave 3 even neptrius... So we can maybe expect a careful import and some smart kids to try and help the sale increase.

But ,STILL , these boosters contain some (very) important Beyblade Parts ( which are competitive in INDIA )

I am talking about smaller kids (age 5 to 10)
And wave 3 sold good because
1-the mode changing feature in trans on neptrius
2-the og beys sold because the plastic generation is still going on and is more watched and burst
3-comes with a launcher
The Funskool Will Import those beys in quantity which have Characters of prominent roles, And those are mainly attack types, followed by S2, D2 and then others. After getting in hobby they get smarter and purchase what's needed. This is basically Funskool's Idea

It worked on me
First I bought S2 cause he was really powerful in the show but then started only collecting beys with good parts
If it worked on me then it will surely work on other kids which means we will get all the beys not just the major character ones
(All the good beys are main characters so it doesn't matter to me as I am a competitive blader but still good for collectors)

It would take 2 weeks but i suggest to go to stores and buy if possible... In amazon there is a high chance that they will mess up ur order.

Around 3-4 weeks. Try going to store rather than buying from Amazon because as Mohith0412 poinetd and stated, only one edit from me. There is
every chance that they will mess up the order.
Edit: I have seen this that the time taken for the listing to come on Amazon seems to be directly proportional to the amount of beyblades that Funskool distributes.
For example, Wave 1, came on Amazon within a week.
Wave 2, also about the same as Wave 1.
Both of these waves had one thing in common. A lot of beyblades were sent into distribution.
On the other hand, Wave 3, when Funskool reduced the stock, it took around a month for it to stop being obscure and come up on Amazon. So, more the beyblades in distribution, the faster the listing on Amazon, the lesser, the more time consuming it becomes.
Let me know your thoughts on the same!
For people saying Amazon messes things up, I think if you buy from Amazon with cloudtail as the seller, chances of messes reduce substantially. I say this because I've been buying Transformers figures (massive fan) from cloudtail through Amazon for nearly two years and no problems so far. Also I bought S2 and Z2 from them, got them as they are, with no problems.
That's my case though, so I'm pretty much hopeful and optimistic.
P.S. - Zindagi mein koi bi gunah karlena, lekin Raj Toy Store se kuch bi mat lena kabhi.
