Or those kind of rubbers that cover the handle, are way cheaper than a launchergrip

as for your initial question, @[Corruptus], a launcher grip should help, same for the handle rubber...a glove can help reduce the impact of the blows, though I've found that cold hands also hurt a bit more when hit
