You really need to make this official and change the location in the description... then blast it to everyone to make it stick.

Don't you think you should take it upon yourself to look up and visit the location to see? Or at least call the hotel and make sure yourself and look up the hotel online at the very least.

I be busy with things so it didn't give me a chance to look at it.
Dont take this the wrong way, read this with thick skin, this is soley constructive criticism, but you really should have been a bit more prepared for this, if you knew you were going to be busy and not have the proper time to prepare an event that people are going to want to come back to, you should have allotted for the time that you needed based on your priorities before beyblade. A venue is one of the most important things when holding an event. Most events take around 5-6hrs to do, and its winter, the majority of players are young and require having their parents there with them. If I were a parent and my kid wanted to go to a beyblade tournament at a park in the middle of winter, itd be a flat out no for me. Not because i personally would hate to sit out in the cold all those hours, but also because i wouldnt want my child out in that weather. I said all of that to say im probably not the only person to think this way and thats really going to hurt your numbers and your returning crowd. As host you are soley responsible for everyone having an enjoyable time. Its not an easy task, and shouldnt be taken lightly. I have faith in you and look forward to being able to attend one of your events in the near future. Good luck on saturday!

We will make this event a good one... Do not worry. I've Organized for Wizards of the Coast and at GenCon in Indy... I am not concerned - this event will be great!

When we arrive Saturday morning we ask for Lana Turner - She will unlock the "Turin Room" for us to play in!!!!!! The Sheraton is offering a room that is unused as a sign of "Good Faith". WhooHoo!!

I've gone ahead and created new users for "jr" and "trey" since we can't be sure the existing super old accounts are actually them ... jr became johnberry and trey became treyVA.
