Takara-Tomy's Zillion Zeus only has outclassed parts at this point, and Hasbro's Beyblade Burst have generally been inferior to their Takara-Tomy counterparts with a few exceptions.
Competition aside, it would most likely be cheaper for you to buy Hasbro's Zeutron Z2, but if you want a more anime-accurate Z2, Takara-Tomy's would be the way to go.

Well some that have both commented on TT having better quality plastic.

Ah, well Takara-Tomy's Z2 had some breakage issues when it first came out, and I don't think any mold changes were made to fix it.
Hasbro's Beyblade Burst are made with softer plastic than Takara Tomy's, which makes them resist cracking and breaking better than Takara-Tomy's, but they show more visible stress marks on high contact areas as a result. No idea if their Z2 will have the same breakage issue.

Keep in mind you'll need to be very careful with Z2. I'd suggest gZ if you have the money for it.
