It's just the individual tournament I think.

Yeh I think it's an individual tournament for top bladers, which is maybe why they call this tournament the God Bladers Cup.

He's being sarcastic about the fact that they've used God as a prefix/suffix a lot in this series.

We will be getting the strike god chip it was already hinted that valt would get but not to sure about the ultimate reboot though but I might be wrong just incase don't get disappointed if we only get the strike god chip which I firmly believe will see but the Ultimate reboot not so sure will see what happens

HOLY **** ****** **** ***** ****! DID FREE JUST LOSE?! WOAHOHOHOHOHOAHHHHH! I loved the Free vs Lui battle though! I swear I did expect Lui to beat Free (that or no outcome) but I am still flabbergasted. PLEASE SOMEONE PICK MY JAW OFF THE FLOOR!
I did like the episode, though I wish we saw more Free vs Lui, I guess it was suspenseful though so... Oh and Free took his loss... really really well actually.
Also Sisco, Valt and Cuza get qualified to the singles tournament, but not Rantaro. I guess Rantaro's incompetent butt didn't quite save it then. Oh and why isn't Daina there either? We have Cuza who lost so many times but no Daina. Sisco also lost a lot too but he won against Josh and won the team world championships.
I was hoping to see new blades reveals but meh it's fine. Good episode, not as good as the previous ones but still awesome, had my heart racing for that Free vs Lui battle.

Beyblade Burst God - Episode 37 (Review)
Spoiler (Click to View)
The episode was pretty good. Not as good as last week's but it's a fun ride.
Valt is very serious in this episode, especially the thought of Shu's revelation actually made him really pissed off to the point of even yelling at his team which is something we've never seen in a serious light until now.
They also announced the bladers who made it into the World League Solo Championships with 12 available spots and this part really mystifies me because of one character that was added. Why is Cuza in there but bladers like Ghasem and Daina didn't? I mean you could argue that Daina didn't perform that well in the public eye of the spectators but he was a lot closer to defeating Josh and Free than Cuza was. Plus, Boa was an unknown blader but he still made it. Ghasem had a decent amount of wins in the Team Championships, Cuza lost quite a number of battles. I also don't understand why Clio isn't in either considering he's only appeared very rarely so did we already finish dC's advertisement? There are two mysterious bladers that took the two remaining places so that excites me.
Now for Lui VS Free... it finally happened. Free... LOST!!! I mean it's no surprise considering nL still needs to be advertised but to have Free lose to someone already feels wrong but the battle was really epic with a number amount of draws.
Overall, a good episode.

hmm if Clio isn't in the Tournament, then does that mean he will end the season without any loss

I was thinking he would be so Cuza could finally beat him.
I also wonder how they'll split 12 blades and round it all down to 2?

It is said that Lui and Free tied in 69 rounds and Lui won in the 70th...
The reason why Cuza get the chance to join the personal tournament is that they actually choose 3 members from the winner of group tournament.

Gazem had his mG crushed under giant clock gears when he lost to legend Spriggan in the end of episode 28. So he is pretty much gone.
