On both my LR Light Launcher and Red Sword Launcher, the gears started skipping. This started a month of use from the Sword Launcher, and 2 months of use from the Lr Launcher. Is there any way to fix it, and if there is, what is it? Also, I want to know how to prevent gear skipping

Simple, your prong is worn, you just need to replace it from another launcher or buy a whole new launcher, those are the only legal solutions. An illegal solution would be putting duck tape around the inside of the prong, this prevents skipping forever basically.
