I have tried GIMP but it keeps saying "Not Responding" when it says Fonts at the start-up tip

Try Paint.NET. To download it just go to their website. It takes time and at first its simple, but if you master it, you can make it look like you did it on photoshop. Trust me (personal experience)

Ok. I have made this request twice. Both of the users I asked were unable to fullfil my request. Greimatter's account on his home computer was deleted, and Breilyranger closed his shop and told me that he will not be doing my request. Thus, I'm very irritated. So, I have decided to ask in this thread so that anybody can make this for me. (Preferably Kai-V since she always does a great job.) Ok, so here is my request.)

For a signature, can you make me something similar to this?

Except with Haruhi Suzumiya.

Where it says stuff like Walkthrough, and stuff, I want it to be pictures of Haruhi Suzumiya with a Green Font over them. Make it something kind of like my current Signature, but with different images. And put Haruhi Suzumiya standing up on the left in full color like Link is in that picture.

Also, for the signature, I want two separate pictures of it. One with my screen name on it, and one without my screen name on it. That way, I can put a different screen name on it if I ever change mine on Otaku Space. (Which I probably won't do.)

could some one make me an avatar with meteo ldrago zigzagging from the top left to bottom right to bottom left to top right and a sig with ryoga launching on the left and put LightningPeg in a cool font on the top right corner and under that put Team Ultimate Destroyers and in the middle of ryoga and the text put meteo ldrago (spinning)

You can't bee so broad, you have to be more specific about signatures. Also, provide a picture to base the signature off of.
