Hello everyone!
I'm sorry this update has to come so close to the date of the event, but it's only now that I've learned the ZenMarket shipment containing the majority of the prizes has unfortunately been delayed and will no longer be arriving in time for this Saturday's event. We therefore have two options:
- We can either move the event forward a week to Saturday, June 3rd, at which time all the prizes will have finally arrived and will be available for pickup on the day of the tournament;
- Or we can go on with the event as scheduled this weekend, and I can mail each of the tournament and raffle winners' prizes individually.
I favor the first option, so unless at least 10 of you who are currently signed up let me know that you still want the event to go on this weekend as planned, I will be rescheduling this event for Saturday, June 3rd.
Please post here or PM me your positions on this urgent matter! A decision must be made by mid-afternoon tomorrow!

I wouldn't mind waiting another week for the tourney. What ever you find easier to manage is what you should do.

Personally I favor the second option but seeing as 30ish people has signed up I will be fine with the decision reached by the deadline.
I might could manage coming next week. Id just have to get with my work asap to put in to be off

I am sorry I can't go next weekend
Of the 11 responses I received, 8 were for keeping the event this Saturday. That's close enough to 10 for me, so we'll be going through with the event tomorrow as originally planned.
Raffle and tournament winners will just be receiving IOUs in place of their physical prizes tomorrow, but we'll work out the best way to get them to you guys then.
