Its ripping realy slow it makes a horrible noise and even the hasbro launcher is ripping harder any help?

It sounds like the gear mechanism inside got undone. You need to open it and place the coil and gears back in their right place. There are some tutorials on YouTube showing how to do it. If you need further help, you can post in the "Ask a question, get an answer!" topic.
