Wyvorn, known as Wyvern in Japan, is a Energy Layer released as part of the Burst System. It debuted with the release of Wyvern Armed Massive on September 19, 2015.

Description
<onlyinclude>
Weight: 7grams

Wyvern’s has a seven-spiked design which makes it seems best for attack combos, however it is best used defensively, and provides a reliable counter to Attack combos when used in the fitting customizations. Because all currently released Beyblade Burst products are right-spin only, the tips of Wyvern’s spikes never strike the opposing Beyblade.
What actually happens is that the slopes of Wyvern’s spikes serve to parry incoming hits, when the opposing energy layer’s spike comes into contact with Wyvorn, there are two likely outcomes. The opposing energy layer hits the outside of Wyvern’s spike, resulting in minimal impact, or the opposing layer hits the empty space between Wyvorn’s spikes, causing the opposing energy layer to be pushed away

Use in Defence Customizations
Wyvorn can be put to good use in the combination Wyvorn Heavy Revolve. Since the Revolve Performance Tip provides stability to the custom, it is able to withstand some hits and suspend the precession for as long as possible.

In mobile defence customizations, Wyvorn is also capable of out spinning opponents by avoiding contact with them, such as in the Wyvorn Heavy Accel combo.

Overall
Upon release Wyvorn immensely strengthened the positioning of Defence in the metagame. Anyone looking to build a stable of tournament-ready combinations will want to add this to their arsenal.

I'd be pretty hesitant on including this with the game currently featuring limited Attack types; those of which are aggressive tend to only feature Zephyr or Accel, only making Wyvorn more risky at the most.
Is "Wyvron" or "Wyvorn"? O.o

It's Wyvron which is the Hasbro name and Wyvern is the Japanese name(TAKARA-TOMY)
Yes I know it, but in this case, the name of this thread is wrong ^^
Hm, if you add that there is softer plastic protruding on each spike, absorbing the blows received slightly, and also take into consideration Mitsu's comment, then I think this could be good to go.
Just an FYI: it's extremely bad form to plagiarize someone else's writing by copying exactly what they said. But I noticed that your Wyvron, Armed and Massive articles are almost entirely just text that's been copied from my own Wyvern Armed Massive review directly, and you didn't mention this anywhere.

From my article:

Quote:Because all currently-released Beyblade Burst products are right-spin only, the tips of Wyvern’s spikes never strike the opposing Beyblade.
What actually happens is that the slopes of Wyvern’s spikes serve to parry incoming hits. When Valkyrie’s spike comes into contact with Wyvern, there are two likely outcomes:
Valkyrie hits the outside of Wyvern’s spike, resulting in minimal impact, or
Valkyrie hits the empty space between Wyvern’s spikes, causing Valkyrie to be pushed away

From your article above:

While I obviously don't mind my writing being used on Beyblade Wiki — in fact, I think it's great — you have to at least mention when you copy something from somewhere else. In this case, I'm actually the author of this article lol

I also think that the opinionated language I used in a review is not necessarily the kind of language I would use on a Wiki, especially in the case of the Armed and Massive articles.
Per the reason listed above, Scavenger Hunt points will not be distributed for this draft.

Please don't plagiarise guys. It's all well and good if you want to cite someone else's work, but either reference them or reword what they've said. That goes for all drafts; anyone caught plagiarising will not have points awarded. Please make anything you write your own.
