Like every year, CostCo makes a big effort for the holiday season and gets 2 rows of full discounted skits from major companies.
Hasbro normally rolls out with Transformers and Star Wars to be their presence at CostCo but this year they went with Star Wars and Beyblade (2017 will be a Transformers movie year, so they will save that for 2017 while both Star Wars and Beyblade have something to hype up now in late 2016)
This is a photo from a CostCo in Canada (Montreal West Island to be exact), currently with a full skit of Beyblade Burst Epic Rival Set for $29.99CAD (About $22.20USD as of this post)
So while it's not confirmed, it's possible that these might also start showing up in the USA for the holidays.
