Directions/Additional Information
1120 Jackson Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904. We will be playing either under the pavilion or on the grass.

Tournament Time: Tournament Registration and Free Play will be starting at 11:00 AM, however we be starting the event at 12:15 PM. It would be appreciated, however, if attendees would be there at least a couple of minutes earlier so we can get the battles and or blocks ready beforehand. We'd like to get the tournament done as soon as we can, but if your going to be late PM me or post in this thread.

Entry Fees: Tournament entry will cost five dollars a person, although if an extra ten is payed, a Blader Passport would be yours, along with a cool Passport Face online! Most importantly, though, free tournaments until your passport expires the following year. How cool is that! As you know it allows you to enter any tournament for the next year without paying the fee, as well as giving you the chance to participate in whatever contests or giveaways the WBO may offer.

Side Note: Please, PLEASE, PLEASE keep a hold on each and every part you own. We'd like to avoid thefts of all types, from Beyblades to game systems and laptops. Keep all your personal belongings close to your person at all times; do not leave them hanging around, as they are YOUR responsibility, and the tournament staff cannot be held liable for thefts.

Prize: As every normal tournament everyone will get 1 Credit to spend on the credit campaign for participating per tournament formats. First place gets 3 Credits plus 1 extra credit for majority wins. Second place gets 2 Credits plus 1 extra for majority wins. Third Place gets 1 Credit and maybe or not 1 extra for majority wins.
Tournaments of the HMS or Plastic format!

No celebration would be complete without our members and their communities across the globe coming together to play Beyblade and pay homage the series that started it all. What's more, all participants of PLASTIC'S NOT DEAD! 3 will receive 1 extra Credit just for the occasion! That means you can get two Credits just for entering the tournament, which gets you at least one Face Booster or more in the Blader Rewards campaign!

Ah, I just added the tournament to the Upcoming Events box and sent the Invites now. There are only eight people who are active and close to Silver Spring though, out of forty, so make sure to tell your new members or your regulars to sign up on the BeyMap to be sure to know whenever an event is coming up near them.

I'm a maybe on this event. I'm going to check if I'm signed up for the BeyMap right now, hopefuly I am.

You should have received a private message in the last few minutes with the details for this tournament. If not, either your private messages are blocked, or you are indeed not signed up on the BeyMap yet.

Update!

Unfortunately some people are turning to maybe now which brings only about 6 (including 4 emergency players) players in the tournament. So I will have to postpone the tournament to the next 3 weeks which will be between July 24th or July 25th. Until then enjoy your Independence Day vacation!

Well shoot then, I was just now going to confirm myself but if you're going to postpone this I'm sadly not going to make this one because I'll be in South Carolina for the rest of the summer. So hope that everybody that does make it has a blast.

Did you pick a Day for the tournament yet. Saturday is better for us.

While we only had 7 bladers, it was a good day for me as I went undefeated in Burst and took first in Plastics as well, I'll let Stars make the big tourney wrapup post though! Always fun to see my boy Angry Face though!

Awesome, nice to know that everything went well at least. We had seven participants too yesterday in Montréal, but I suppose that if this thread title had been edited and we had done more to notify everybody of the date change, you guys might have had more players.

Great job for you man, was it competitive besides Yami hah?
