I bet we will see another left-spin Burst Beyblade before Dragoon S.W.F is released, unless they are expecting it to be a huge hit with the general audience outside of being nostalgia-bait. Seems weird to give a huge new gameplay feature to what's essentially a throwback.

We know already that the Xtreme is white with a red tip.

i was expecting the tip to be blue
i wonder if the L layer will be left spin, for obvious reasons.
I think so, considering it prominently shows the left spin gear in the promo image and the Disk is lined up on the other side.
is there any info on the L layer yet?

We have no information about a Layer starting with the letter L, but as soon as we do it would be posted in the Beyblade General forum like all other upcoming releases.

The tip is red? That's really weird. TT went so far out of their way to make these Burst layers and part selections to be faithful to the originals, but they couldn't get the tip to be blue like the original Storm Grip? I think the red tip will actually look a lot nicer instead of blue and I would personally prefer red, but it seems strange to put all this effort in replicating the design of the originals, while getting these really, simple things, like the bitchip design, incorrect.

They probably did it because 1) they already have a red rubber tip and 2) it looks way better. I think it's unfair to say these details are "incorrect" when they're likely intentional decisions.

I get that they have to alter and tinker with the designs a little so that they are more appealing to modern audiences and can work with Burst, but this whole release is a nostalgia play, and I could see some older fans bothered with the tip color not matching what they remember of the original Dragoon S.
But then again, the layers are probably enough to bring in all the older fans anyway. But I do think using the Dragoon F bitchip would be a big mistake. I'd argue the Dragoon S bitchip is the most iconic image of Dragoon. I would always see Dragoon in that sick cross arm pose in so many promotional materials for Beyblade during that time.
Agreed that Dragoon S bit chip is cooler. Oh well. Would be great if the sticker sheet came with a few different bit stickers. I think one of the manga re-releases does?

Maybe it's another reference to Dragoon F? Like the way the bitchip is

This is a valid point but consider also that Dragoon is a VERY aggressive shape, even compared to Valkyrie. That would have a massive effect on burst frequency so perhaps it was actually mandatory for it to be left spin to keep it balanced.

Not that they couldn't have reduced the wings but fans would definitely have complained about a change like that.

It's mandatory for Dragoon to be left spin for it to be worth releasing, probably. A right spin Dragoon just seems ridiculous.

Unless it's Spin Dragoon or Grip Attacker Tongue_out_wink
lol, you know what I meant!
We should be thinking about Dragoon's launcher. I'm hoping for a standard ripcord launcher. Maybe with a Dragon Winder shaped handle for a long winder? Heh.
That'd actually be really cool, especially if it were a longer winder like the one tyson made in the anime

Then we will have to run and jump for that 4x velocity.

I actually tested the run and jump strategy with stamina types, looking at average solo spin time, and the difference wasn't even there. Even doing it for the #stylepoints is bad, as you miss the stadium a ton, unfortunately.
Yeah I'm not sure sure that Tiger Defenser will be the best for stamina, like it was in the past. Remember that it is so good in plastics in part because it fits nicely with wide defense/survivor and those disks cover up it's contact points. There will be no surrounding disk this time and the attack points will be exposed
