It will be released on November 10th in Japan, for 5780 yen and it will include a game-exclusive Beyblade, probably as in 'you can only get it from this game'. The platform will be Nintendo 3DS and TAKARA-TOMY asked a new company, Furyu, to create this video game.

Hoping this will be something good for once; considering the awful track record with Beyblade games.
Unfortunately; I won't be shelling out the cash for a JP 3DS, but I will buy it if there is some sort of unique part or something.

Beside the link Kai-V posted, nothing else is know; we don't even know what role that character plays in the anime or manga.
The game says it will include 3000 customizations and twenty-five characters, but only the six main characters are playable. All Beyblades released up until December 2016 will be usable.
There will be a possibility for local battles, when meeting someone who also has a Nintendo 3DS. Doing that will also enable you to trade parts.
Seeing as it's a new company, I hope they will be innovative with this game. I understand if they don't do anything like that, there is only so much you can do for a game based on spinning tops, but the few games on the DS were kind of meh, I only really enjoyed Metal Fight Beyblade DS. I want to see something more like Super Tournament Battle or maybe the PSP game.
Shame 3DS is region-locked.

No, as the 3DS is region locked. You'd have to wait for the PAL (?) release.

That is from the Japanese Beyblade Arcade game. I do not know the exact name of the machine, but it is definitely from this arcade game.

Interesting to finally see something about the game. The game is an RPG, and includes both a story mode and a regular battle mode. During the battle, your Burst gauge seems to charge and you can perform a special move when it's full (similar to Hasbro's Burst app).
Looks like some of the oneshot characters we've had in the anime will appear as well. One of the screenshots shows Rantaro vs
Melos Nekota, who we've only ever seen once.
Platina Amaterios is also stated to be perfect for completionists. There's your collectable aspect, haha.
