Could somebody please hold a beyblade tournament in louisiana or arkansas my parentts would not let me do that. Plus do you know where i could get a beyblade in Texas?

Firstly, you would have to look at the already existing Texas topics in the WBO General forum. Ask one of those users to organize something, because we cannot.
Secondly, Beyblades are not sold in stores outside East Asia at the moment.
Thirdly, your avatar is a Japanese fanart you do not have permission to use. I would suggest you remove it.
