Well, you need to get the parts first... Twisted is a the metal wheel, which you can find in a Hasbro 2 pack and Basalt Horogium/Twisted Tempo. Eagle is in many random boosters and can be found for cheap, along with its release as Earth Eagle. ADW145..? You mean AD145? If so; AD145 can be found with Gravity Perseus/Destroyer. D is in Leone 145 D, random boosters, and many other releases.
