This is essentially a new Valkyrie DX Set/Start Dash Set, with a stadium and some recoloured stickers for Victory Valkyrie. It will come out on April 2nd, probably in time for the anime broadcast.

Nothing special for the colour, it might just be white, and no BeyLogger as far as I know.

Read the first part again of the OP again. What she said meant that it will include VV.

Yes, but I do not know if it will be a BeyLauncher.

I have just said it's the exact same Set as B-08, so of course it will have the BeyLogger in it
it just has a different name for the set and the new VV
