so, the first lot of beyblades I've ordered are
Mercury Anubius 85xf
Duo Uranus 230WD
L Drago Guardian S130MB

and I'm thinking over combos. I wanna primarily do defense, preferably mobile defense. did I screw the pooch on this purchase for that goal or do I have some potential combos out of this lot?
and if I do have some of the pieces I need for my idea which ones should I purchase next to get the best pieces for a defense powerhouse?
limited, standard, or zero G.

These are all Takra Tomy brand, Correct?

These are good standard customs, but you have no really good attack type combos you can make from those beyblades. You could Try L-Drago Guardian S130XF as a tornado staller though.

I'll admit it's from eBay and the seller doesn't seem to have hasbro or tomy listed

Can you show us the link on where you got your beyblades or the name of the seller? is it from rapidity?

if its real, then duo uranus 85 WD works for me as a great stamina/defense hybrid. but for hardcore defense of standard format you should get a grand cetus ( with RS)
