Don't worry last tourney's about to be processed. That DJ face is coming your way too haha.
I just checked the weather and it may Snow on Friday. It takes a really long time for the roads to be uniced. So I guess we'll wait and see how bad it is before we can jump to a conclusion.
I love the cold though, heh.

Driving conditions may not be safe around the park though. When it snows they close the park so I don't know how long it will take them to reopen.

I think I'm going to have to call this off. There is going to be a lot of ice and snow in the area. I don't think it's wise to have this go outside. I've looked at other venues, but they all close when there's ice on the roads. Sorry about that. I will try to host another tournament soon, but this one has to be cancelled for the best.

Shouldn't we wait til closer to cancel? I mean there is no way of knowing for sure that it will be icy/snowy that day....
You could cancel it now and it could end up not snowing at all even....

It is snowing tonight for sure. I've checked the weather around here (I'm new) and they say it will take them at least 5 days to clean all the park roads since the main ones are much more important. They usually close the drive in part of the park until temperatures are suitable. Even if it doesn't snow it will take them a good amount of time to recover from tonight's storm. I really do not think it will be even close to safe weather for everyone.

TN doesn't put that much money into salt and stuff. They aren't very prepared haha. It sounds like they're gonna close down the city here lol.

110% understand and IMO this is a good call. Safety is the #1 concern and like you said the south doesn't have the capacity to handle icy roads. I'll definitely look out for the reschedule.

Hey just to confirm since you asked that this gets locked and moved away, the postponed date is completely unknown for the next few days and you will need to post a new proposal ?
When is this getting rescheduled to?

I don't think this tournament will happen. I'll reschedule and create a new tourney with a new proposal. Sorry about the confusion. It doesn't seem it'll be until things get warmer.
Ah, too bad then. I look forward to your next Tennessee proposal though, hopefully it can be soon, otherwise around BeyDays perhaps ?
