I think you should put that in the "Ask a question get an answer! #2 " Thread . Because it's SPAM if it isn't in the right thread. Anyways you should click new post on a main forum . For example Beyblade General , you should click the "New Post" Button on the right. But you should make the thread interesting and appropriate for the forum you wanna make a thread for.
