That isn't true at all. They can make accounts after the event or you can make them on their behalf after the event.

I just got back. Today was really fun. I got the tournament done in less than 2 hours! Results, Fees, and Winning Combos will be posted soon. The next tournament will be in Mid December in Bellmore, NY.

It just might be important to write Leone 7's username with the space though, since results are likely to be simply copy-pasted in our global archive and if we do a search of his real username, "Leone 7", we might miss several of his matches.
