A re-release Starter set to be released in early December along with the Valkyrie Starter re-release (B-29). It will similarly only contain Spriggan, a "Proto Launcher" and a winder. It will be around 994 yen.

I saw this at Oki's site it says for 1250 yen. Its cheap!

Yup. In Japan it'll retail for ¥1000.

Yeah, because the BeyLoggers are the reason why DX Starters are quite pricy.

So far all we know from the limited pictures available is that it is a winder-based launcher, like the Burst Light Launcher, but with a different design and winder. We do not know if the mechanism inside it is different.
So it will be better than burst light launcher.

It is definitely just a winder-based launcher ... Winder is a synonym of "ripcord".
I don't have a red Spriggan so I just might pick one of those up
Why does the cord look so short though.... I guess I could stick a long cord in there...

It is really just a re-release, so no, there are no other differences.

It is not really an "opinion" as much as a guess. They have had many opportunities to fix this already have haven't done so.
Might still get this for Spriggan. And I need another launcher anyway.

We already know it's just because the first two releases had the beylogger in them making them more expensive. It's not recolored. Stop talking rubbish.
